I have used C3 Wellness for several months now to rehab my right shoulder replacement. I have gone to both locations. I love them! All of the physical therapists are excellent! I used them two years ago after my rotator cuff surgery and it was just as perfect! This is the ONLY place where you will have one therapist work with only YOU the entire hour. When I had my knee replacement rehabbed in 2019 st a different place, my therapist had to split her time among several patients during the hour. Definitely not as nice as here. This time I’m also doing massage and acupuncture to help with the rehab. I was skeptical about those therapies, but now I’m a believer! Dr. Anderson is great with the acupuncture, and even though I’ve had multiple different massage therapists (because WHEN I came was more important to me than WHO I had, they have all been sensitive to my needs and very helpful. All of the front of house staff are also very helpful to me as well. I highly recommend C3 Wellness!

I had my 1st yoga class today. It was absolutely amazing. I was hesitant at first bc I haven't stretched in a very long time but Jenny was absolutely perfect. She gave me enough tips so I can practice yoga at home as well as educated me a little on the practice. The best part was her patience and reassurance that it was a no judgment zone(my bones were popping and I couldn't do all the poses/stretches to perfection) BUT she still praised me for doing my best! We even talked before and after and got to know each other a little bit. The front desk ladies were awesome also. Both smiled and greeted me. The young lady who actually checked me in at the front desk had a smile that can light up any room. I felt welcomed. I am definitely going back!!! If you're ever in the area!!! CHECK EM OUT!!

This place is amazing! The office manager - Michelle is tremendously professional and very customer friendly. She made me feel very welcomed and provided exceptional hospitality. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She is definitely a great fit for the management position or higher positions in the organization.

I have been visiting family the past couple of weeks and I needed a yoga studio. I usually practice yoga a few times a week and C3 Wellness came to the rescue. Heather taught a phenomenal hot yoga class where she took into account everyone’s experience. She was clear in her instruction and the flow was perfect for the evening class. I will be back and I am so happy there is a yoga studio in the area!!
